The App doesn't recognise my device even though I have registered it.  In settings it shows it is the current device but when I try to watch TV it prompts me to change device again.  What am I doing wrong?

Hey @CarmB,

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue, what I would recommend trying is visiting our website here and go about deleting all the devices registered and putting them all back in again, this should fix any issues with changing devices.
