Once again Virgin Go seems not to be available " We cannot play this at the moment"

Happens too frequently.

Very poor service from Virgin

Re: Virgin Go

Hi

It can happen quite frequently with any of the channels available to view on V Go from those in my main TV Mix package - any channel but usually in the evening. I watch V Go on a PC running on Windows 10 with tp-link connection.  Very annoying when it goes down in the middle of a programme.

Re: Virgin Go

Good morning @js2910

Thank you for your post.

I am sorry to hear that you are still having these issues with the TVGO services.

How are things looking since your post? Are you experiencing the issue on all browsers?

Kind regards,

Zak_M

Re: Virgin Go

Hi
Seems to be a bit better lately. Will continue to monitor.
Only use the Microsoft Edge browser.

Re: Virgin Go

Still having problems with Virgin Go running on my PC using Microsoft Edge browser on Windows 10 with a tp-link cable connection.  The only other kit connected is a separate TV.

Whenever I click on a program to view it Virgin Go goes straight into buffering mode and this continues for 60 or more seconds before the program actually loads and opens.

I'm supposed to have up to 200mg speed so why is this continually happening with Virgin Go.

I'm also aware that this problem seems to be very common with many Virgin Media customers and for that reason a fix should be a priority for Virgin Media.

Re: Virgin Go

Thank you for coming back to us @js2910

Are you able to confirm if you have tried any alternative web browsers?  If so are there any improvements?

Kind regards

Re: Virgin Go

Hi

Happens with all browsers.

At 21.10 tonight in the middle of Channel 4 programme "Great" , Virgin Go gave up - "We cannot play this programme at the moment".

Access was not available to any V Go channels.

What a rubbish service.

Re: Virgin Go

Cheers for popping back @js2910 - sorry that you're still having some issues.

Are you having the issue on just live TV via TVGo or does this playback issue also happen on CatchUp or anything you have downloaded?

Do you have the issue on all devices you have registered on TVGo or just when watching via a browser?

Thanks
