Virgin Go

I want to remove 2 devices from my Virgin Go app. The app only gives me the option of replacing them. I still have the allotted allowance for this month so it isn’t that. I want to know why the option is only to REPLACE devises, and not REMOVE the devices ?

Hi dannypc1983, thanks for your post.

 

Sorry for any frustration caused by this. I'm unsure why the function to remove a device isn't available, but I can feed this back to the relevant teams & maybe it's something that can be added in future.

 

In the meantime we can reset your registered devices manually if needed, if that's something you'd like help with just let us know.

As it’s been a few days since your last post, I was hoping you could let me know how things are at the moment?


I have checked things again from our side and there is nothing obvious causing the issues you are experiencing.
