Welcome back to our Community, sorry that you have had some issues with your TVGo earlier this month. How's things been since your post? Did you have the issue on Live TV or OnDemand or both?
If you are still having these issues, you can check for known faults via your online account or on our Status Page that is listed in the top right of our Community. If nothing is listed, rebooting the device that you're trying to watch on is always a good start.
Please also check that your app is updated - if you're still having issue, try logging out and back in again.
It can also help to uninstall and reinstall the app.
