Virgin Go devices

Like many others I'm getting a message saying maximum devices reached and I have to wait a certain number of days before registering a new device?  It doesnt seem to recognise a device (laptop) which I use the same time, everytime.  Says I have to register a new device?

Is there a way to get this reset ?

Thanks for your post 

Sorry though to hear about the device issues with TV GO 

I am able to look at resetting the devices for you 

I would need to pass security by private message 

If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
