I’m trying to use Virgin Go on a Samsung Smart TV, but once I’ve reached the relevant webpage and logged in, the channel guide displayed can’t be scrolled through. It remains fixed on the opening page. As this is a new device, I’ve registered it on my account. Can anyone help me today, as I’m hoping to watch the rugby this evening 🙂

TV Go is only designed for viewing on mobiles & tablets or laptops, not Smart TVs. VM wants you to rent multiroom boxes to do that, so they are not going to make it easy for you to view content on an additional TV by other means. If you have a laptop you can feed the HDMI out to the TV, but you won't get it to work any other way.

Virgin TV Go is available for all Virgin TV customers, and is available on iOS, Android, Windows 10, PC and Mac.
This isn't compatible with Smart TVs.
