Virgin Go App not working

Hi- just renewed our virgin package exactly the same as it was before. Virgin go app now says ‘programme is blocked on this device due to copyright restrictions’. Very frustrating!

Are you getting this error message when trying to watch specific programmes or does it seem to be across the board?

Also, is it possible to watch the same programmes on your set top box?
