This is on the iOS app when I try to sign in, it asks me when I go on the app to log in but says Oops the service isn’t available at the moment, try again - then I try going to a channel and signing in there but says same message. Tried on 3 different devices now for months.
Yes just Apple devices. Will try and get hold of something else to test. Very frustrating as not worked for a while.. I have been trying to get through to talk to someone about my package for a while and given up every time as waste of a day. Have old tv box/router that are slow and also app that hasn’t worked most of this year, paying a big amount each month for a second rate service, all round nightmare.
