Virgin Go App Too many devices...

So I was watching Virgin on the GO app in-browser,  It was playing fine when then it dropped the connection and stated that I had tried too many times.  

I hadn't changed anything and so now there are four google chrome connections and one Microsoft edge connection even though I use only Edge and my mobile...my password is secure and no other connections to the account have been made.

Any advice folks?
