Virgin Go App - Maximum Users Issue

I've hit the "maximum number of devices" issue with the Virgin TV Go App.

I now have registered:

- 1 x Android Mobile Phone

- 1 x Android Tablet

- 3 x Windows Laptops - which are all the same machine !

On my Windows laptop I access Virgin TV go through the Virgin TV Go desktop "App" which defaults access through to my preferred Chrome Browser.

My Chrome Browser automatically clears "all" history registers when closed so I'm assuming that any registration cookie or site settings saved by Virgin TV Go to identify my machine gets deleted as well?

Thus causing the duplication/triplication issue, causing the block on registering any more devices.

How can I can I fix this please, without having to wait "14 days" to open up a new registration?

It's rendered my Virgin TV Go useless & unless I get a fix it'll render it useless each month when I hit the maximum number of devices.
