I don’t have any problems through the V6 box but at the moment it’s not connected to a TV but the Virgin equipment is all plugged in and still recording our already programmed shows but O can’t set what I’d like to record through the app !

Can we ask if you have tried logging on to your online account since you have moved address at all? If you are unable to log on to your online account this will be the reason why you are unable to access your TV Control App.
If this is the case we will need to bring you in for a private chat so we can make sure all your old log on details have been transferred across to your new address.
