Why will the virgin Go app not allow me to sign in, I am using my virgin media username and password and keeps telling password is wrong, it’s not. Has anybody had this issue or know how to fix, thanks

We were experiencing an issue a few days ago across most of our network where customer's couldn't sign into their online accounts. This has now been resolved, so please let me know if this is the case for yourself.
