VIRGIN TV Go App

Having trouble with my VIRGIN TV Go on both the website and the app itself on my laptop. It has only become a recent thing as it's worked perfectly up until now. I have access to TV on the go through this laptop and on my phone. The phone app is working fine so it's something that's wrong with my laptop, I've cleared cookies and tried different browsers but nothing. Can anyone help?

Hi Zoie,

It doesn't work on any of my browsers (internet explorer / chrome / incognito) but it's worked before so don't know what's changed.

 

Laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad.

Yes, perfectly fine on mobile through the app and through my phone browser which is also Chrome
