The problem is not confined to TV Go.
Once or twice a day my broadband goes down for a few minutes which is annoying particularly if you are in the middle of an online transaction. However it usually comes back up within a few minutes. I'm not so unhappy with this although it would be better if the service was more stable and robust.
Please could you try to uninstall and reinstall the app, this can often fix the problem that you're having with the app. Alternatively could you clear the cache of the app instead of removing it from your device. What device are you using to view the TV go app? I can advise you on how to do this, if you're unsure.
I have looked into your account and cannot see anything that would be causing issues with your connection at the moment. Does this happen everyday at the same time or at different times during the day? Have you rebooted the hub since the issues started?
