Hi, I want to watch TV, for some odd reason, like many others, the TV go thinks my device isnt registered. If I register my device it doesnt work and asks me to register it again. I have had this issue before but a long long time ago.
It's annoying and costly on my part whilst representing poor service. Any advice would be welcomed.
HI SolarDazza, thanks for the message.I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the TVgo service, Have you now managed to get the devices reset? Can you try using incognito mode and clear the cache and cookies to see if anything helps. ^Chris.
