Username not being recognised

I have previously been  logged successfully logged in the the TV Go app on my iPad, but when I have tried to access it this morning, it is not recognising my user name saying that it will only accept main user detail and not sub accounts. The details that I am entering are the name user details.

any ideas?

I have exactly the same problem. It started last night. It's affecting Android, Windows 10 App and web application.

30+ minutes and then got cut off! 😡

Whopee-do, a ticket has been raised for this problem. Fix ETA 48 hours!!

I wouldn't bother checking the Service Status. I doubt this potentially nationwide problem will reach the headlines.

I'm told compensation for loss of service will be automatically applied. Pigs ready and waiting for take-off..............

Same issue just started, syas I am suing a sub account ?? Anyone any ideas, have used the same details to sign in previousy

There's no problem with your password. It's been broken at the Virginmedia end!
