Update package request

I'm trying to watch tv on my virgin go tonight, it gave me a message to say I needed to upgrade the app which I have done successfully but  now all I get is a message that says I need to upgrade my tv package....as if ! Any suggestions please?

Really sorry you've been having some issues with the app as well as the delay in picking this up. 

Can I ask if you're still having a problem with the app at the moment?

If so then is it a certain channel or content you're tying to watch?
