Update Virgin TV Control app for new iPad Pro 11” screen

Please update the Virgin Media TV Control iOS App to support the larger screen size of the the new iPad Pro 11”. The app currently runs in compatibility mode with black bars at the top/bottom and left/right hand sides of the screen. That makes it really annoying when streaming recordings from the TiVo because the loads of the screen isn’t actually used! Please update ASAP. Last time it took Virgin over a year to update the app for the iPhone X screen size and I think that was only done after Apple made it mandatory for app developers to update their apps to support the new screen.

Please don’t make us wait another year for iPad Pro updates! Many other providers (e.g. Netflix, BBC, etc.) have already updated their apps!

Virgin staff take about 7 days to reply and bumping your post can delay this longer.

Very disappointed (but not surprised) that the TV control app still hasn’t been updated to support the iPad Pro 11” screen. It’s been 9 months and no update. Come on Virgin Media...
