Unable to watch some box sets

For the past couple of weeks I’ve had no problems watching some of the box sets but now two or three days has been where the sound does not match the program and it’s now got to the stage where You physically cannot even watch the program because it says it is unavailable

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with your TV.

 

 

Can I just ask, what box do you have for the TV? 

 

Is it just on catch up that this happens or on live TV as well? 

 

May sound obvious, but have you rebooted the box to see if this makes a difference?

It’s not the box I’m having a problem with but I have a TV6 box itcis the go app but I’m having a problem with
