Unable to watch TV Go Devices.

I now have the same issue (I think) . Between me and my son we have been trying since last night to get TV GO work on his phone, nothing works. I have my phone on there and 2 of my sons  1 of which is the one I'm talking about. The other 2 are Google desktop pcs probably my house PC duplicating itself.  I don't get it that if my son is on the list why he cannot watch anything?
