Unable to use TV go.

Hi.

I have just discovered that I cannot use either my laptop or iPad to access tv go, both devices are showing as registered and worked perfectly with the previous virgin tv anywhere app. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forums. Sorry to hear that you are having issues accessing the TVGO app. Have you been able to use it since your post? If not what error message are you getting?

Having tried to access TV go I continually get the message that this device is not registered despite making 3 attempts both on my laptop and iPad.
