Unable to sign in to VirginTvGo

Hi,

Can someone help me with signing in to Virgin Tv Go?

Trying to watch live tv using the Virgin Tv Go web page on my macbook and unable to sign in.  I have reset my password a couple of times now but still can't sign in successfully.  Also, when i try to use the Virgin Tv Go App on my iphone, it says Sorry this isn't available - try again.

I'm at a loss. I know my email address and password that i am using to sign in are correct but it won't let me sign in. As I can't sign in, I'm unable to check devices, etc.

I am sorry to hear you're having issues accessing TV Go.  Can I ask if you've had any success since you last posted?
