Unable to remove or register new device with TV Go

Hi all,
Having purchased two new phone devices of the same model, I have only been able to register one.
The second phone just shows a blank screen when the app. is opened.
I have tried to register this phone in the settings but find I'm unable to do so.
The settings show 5 devices listed, one of the other devices is showing as being registered twice!
I am unable to delete the duplicated device to enable me to add the new phone.

Hello there DODGERN,

 

Sorry you're not able to add a new device onto TV GO. I've reset the devices, can you try and add the problem one again first to see if it works?
