Hi there, I have been trying to set up my Virgin TV Go app all week with no luck. If I go through the registration route it tells me I'm already registered, and if I try to sign in I get an 'oops, this isn't working' message. I've deleted and re-downloaded the app on my phone, tried it on my desktop, changed my password, with no luck. I've tried to contact help via the messaging app but no one has responded for 2 days. Can anyone help?
Yes I can confirm I have tried to sign in to Virgin TV Go with my Virgin Media log in details. I've just tried again now on a browser (chrome) and received the following message "Sign in is currently not possible. Please check back soon."
