Unable to pause devices virgin connect app

Can anyone please tell me why I cannot pause any devices and stop them connecting to the internet? The app shows 2 x box as paused yet both are still online.. why???

May I ask, is the pause set on a timer?

I have exactly the same problem, it says the devices are paused, but they are not.

No timer is set.

Me too, I have four devices paused apparently. All 4 of them still connect.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry to hear your devices aren't pausing using our Connect app, have you tried to delete the app and try again, also make sure there isn't a timer set?
