I can watch channels directly through the app; BT sports for example, I’m unable to watch on the sky sports app though.
When I try to manage devices I’m told:
sorry - we can’t register your device at the moment. I basically think I need all devices resetting.

Remotely looking from our end, we can see that you have already contacted a member of our team to get your devices reset. Can you let us know if you're now able to view Sky Sports now?
