So after 1 week and another 1hour 42mins on the phone today a was told they is no support as they are unable to fix there issue.
I am unable to login to tv go. It says I am using a sub account even tho I am using the main one no sub account has been set up. Interesting they say my contract is ongoing from 2018 but I am a new customer. So I am told the issue cannot be resolved luckily I am only 9 days in so I can cancel £89 per month happy to pay if they provide the service.
