Hi
Please help, my primary email/account is ntlworld, yes I’m that old!
I’m not able to log into the Virgin TV go app anymore; the email and password are valid because I can log into email and My VirginMedia.
Any ideas why all of a sudden I can’t log into the player? Or how to rectify it?

Hi @Bendy_balls thanks for your post here in the Community, although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised about logging into TV Go.
Are you able to provide a screenshot of what happens when you try to sign into it? Have you also tried resetting your My Virgin Media password to a new one, and then using the new one to log in?
Please let us know how you get on and provide a screenshot too if possible.
