Anyone else unable to log into the Virgin TV Go app? I’ve tried to go in several times. I’ve changed my password too but it still says I’m unable to log in?
Yes, randomly signed me out of my phone and tablet yesterday and now comes up with the typically patronising message
''Whoops that hasn't worked, please sign in with your main user account''
I am signing in with my main user account, the same account the phone and tablet were signed in on the night before.
Virgin media literally get worse by the week.

-Are you able to sign into your My Virgin Media app to look at bill using the same information?
-Have you both already tried to uninstall and reinstall the app?
-Have you both reset the password to see if this allows you to log in?
-What specific devices are you using to log in?
-Can you please copy and paste a screenshot of the error message?
