Unable to log into virgin tv go

Trying to log into virgin tv go. It doesn't recognise email or password. When trying to recover either,it doesn't recognise anything. Tried calling virgin and just get automated calls and cannot actually talk to a human being. Any way I can actually discuss this with someone .

Hi @Jneillcrownhill 

Can you log into My Virgin Media (at the top of the page)?

That uses the same credentials as TV GO.

No cannot log into there either - that also doesn't recognise the email account . Getting emails from virgin to that account though

Can you confirm if you've ever been able to log into both the My Virgin Media account and TV Go service?
