Unable to change registered devices

I'm unable to change registered devices at the moment, can anyone help with resetting these?

Hi there NoveltyBobble,

 

Sorry you're unable to change your registered devices, can you confirm whether it's for TV Go or for the Sky App? I ask as we can only reset the device list for TV Go on our end. Please clarify so we can help.

I have the same problem and it is causing me a lot of frustration. Would you be ok to reset my devices also please? I’d be very grateful for it.
