Hi
seems a common issue that folk have been unable to change/delete their devices in the Device Management section. I’ve tried using the Tv Go app plus a normal desktop browser and no joy. Is there a resolution for this?

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've been having an issue managing your devices.
I've not picked this up previously so can you expand on the issues you are having?
When trying to remove a device, do you get an error message or code? Are you able to provide a screenshot of this?
Are you having any issues registering a device to use TV Go with?
