Unable to add more than one device

Hi hoping someone can help im newly signed up to virgin media and downloaded the tv go app onto my mobile phone which when i used it asked me to register the device which was succesful and very easy to do i then attempted the same thing on my samsung tablet which lets me sign in but doesnt show any tv or on demand content but asks me to upgrade my package but doesnt allow me to register the device 

wondered if anyone could shed any light if im doing something wrong.
