I joined Virgin in July and since then have been unable to access Virgin Go. Have attempted various calls to Virgin and got no where. My partner works away from home and we need access to this.

Can you please advise a little more about what difficulties you're experiencing?
Do you see any error codes on screen for example or messages, is this on all devices you try this on?
Can you log into My Virgin Media using the same credentials that you are using to try and log into TV Go?
