I joined Virgin in July and since then have been unable to access Virgin Go. Have attempted various calls to Virgin and got no where. My partner works away from home and we need access to this.

Hi @laumar9085 thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns about not being able to access TV Go.
Can you please advise a little more about what difficulties you're experiencing?
Do you see any error codes on screen for example or messages, is this on all devices you try this on?

We are getting this error message when we attempt to access the app. I have tried un installing and re installing. I have tried different devices and nothing works.
