Unable to access Virgin TV GO

I only use two devices but the system tells me I have reached the maximum permitted (5). This happens every month and I have to wait until the next month when I can delete non existing devices. Must I continue like this every month or is there something I need to do?

Hi chesteratkins,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to hear you have reached your device limit again on TV Go.

With the 2 devices you use, are any of them via a browser, if this is the case make sure your setting aren't set to delete browser history and cache when rebooted, this make the device forget the app and it will show as a new device each time.
