Tvgo reset procedures

On our wavelength

Now on my 3rd virgin account in 20 years all details have remaind constant 

Email address,password etc

Yet I still cant log on to Virgin TVGO

Tried for 2 years with previous account 

Due all the ongoing issues closed account opened new account another month of pain wrong equipment etc

I just want to use TVGO

I'm sorry to hear the issue you're experiencing with TV Go.
May I ask what happens when you try to login? Does it come up with an error code?

No error codes used to get them with my old account.

Now it says username or password is incorrect 

And I am the account holder

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your TV GO services looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you. 

As you've mentioned you're on your 3rd account now, can I ask if you've moved homes recently please?

Also, can you login to your Online Account without any issues? The online account and TV GO App go hand-in-hand you see.
