TvGo sign in.

Trying to sign in to the TVGo app, only to be told that I can’t use a “sub-account” even though it’s my log in details !!!

No one on the other end of my phone can solve this !!! NO ONE !!!

Ive got exactly the same issue, I'm the main and only account holder, I can sign into "my virgin" using my username and password but on TV go I get the same error as you. 

Dont think I can bear being on hold for ages only to speak to someone who can barely speak English.

Can you please confirm the details you're using to sign into the TV Go app are the same that you would use to sign into your My Virgin Media account?

Hi RobC65

Did you ever solve this problem? I only have one main account, no sub account detail and I get the error that I need to use the main account not a sub account. My main and only details work for the regular Virgin account online. I've spoken to 3 people over the phone and no solution yet.

Hi Dave.

Got it sorted by dumping Virgin & going back to Sky, there Skygo app is fantastic 😁

I had 3 calls in 4 months from Virgins Tech people 😂 asking me to try this & that login, but still getting the same result !!! Hope you manage to get it sorted.

I’ve just had my 3rd call with password resets, uninstalling apps etc, 2.5 hours, same result. Not confident there is a fix but will keep trying for now as I just left Sky 🙉
