Tv on the Go - Sorry this is not available - Try again in a few minutes

The app has not worked on iPad for the last 4 days, any ideas?

What iPad is it and which version of iOS is it on?

TV Go now needs iOS 11 or later. It won't work on earlier versions.

I did Settings - General and Software version is 13.7

Sorry to highjack this thread - but I have been having the same issue - cannot logon to TV Go - on both Chrome or ios app

I upgraded to iOS 14, then tried it every day since and 4 days after that it started working.

At least you replied to this comment - no one has bothered to reply to my post.

working again all morning - now its stopped again.  This app is really not fit for purpose
