Tv not working, tvgo app not working and tv control app not working. Also myvirginmedia app not working

I'm aware of the power outage today, earlier in the day, but 12 hours later and I still have no live tv channels and none of the apps are working to let you watch tv on those either. Updates throughout the day said that various different channels are now working at different update releases, but I can tell you that I have no channels at all and still none of the tv apps or the myvirginmefia app is working. 

I'm sorry but this isn't good enough. Especially when nobody from virgin will answer the phone. Customer Service is very poor. The needs of the customer aren't being acknowledged.
