Tv not go device registration

I have this problem

Every time i log in it asks for another device registration. The devices aren't named other than the type iPhone pc etc so which one do i delete? Oh dear I'm at 5 now and am waiting 16 days to register again. I pay a fortune for this service and it's never worked. VM even took away the sub accounts for the kids to watch.

Sorry there's no answer to my original question here as you know. Why do i have to give away my security details in an online forum just to have a conversation about this to solve an inherent problem (14! Pages of Complaints in the VM community).

1. The names of pc devices are not registered just device type browser type. You can't identify which device to remove

2. Clearing cookies (often required by other sites and bank security) prompts another registration request. This also happens without clearing. Also happens with tvgo whitelisted. 

3. Requesting registration slot clearance takes huge wait times and difficulty navigating VMs Byzantine menu system.

Thanks for replying lewisp91

Its a  know issue viewing Tv go on a web browser

Each log in is classed as new device 

So it's advisable to use the App for a better experience 

I can reset the device limit as a one off 

But that needs a customer to pass security
