I cannot sign in to tvgo. I have deleted and reinstalled, contacted virgin media for technical help. Nothing works

Are you able to sign into your MY Virgin Media account fine?



Yes, I have an iPad mini running iOS 15.5

And yes I can log into my virgin media account and TV control. I get this message every time I try to log into TvGo 



So nobody has any solutions to this inability to log in to the app?  I can see that I’m not alone in having this issue but there don’t seem to be any answers on here just a few comments from VM to individuals but no actual solutions. Does this app actually work?
