Whenever I try to login to tv go my login details are not recognised, however, I can login to my online account with same details. I have tried a friends details, on the tv go app and that works perfectly. It's very confusing

Ensure the details you are using to sign in to TV Go are the same ones you're using to sign in to the My Virgin Media account online
