Tv go won’t download

I tried to download both movies and box sets in June to watch whilst travelling but it wouldn’t work! Tried again today and still won’t work needs sorting please asap!

I am so sorry that you have faced these issues with your services can I ask if you get an error message at all when you try to download?

What device are you using? Have you tried on multiple devices?

I have tried on both my IPhone and IPad don’t get an error message just says can’t download when you go onto download pages
