I tried to download both movies and box sets in June to watch whilst travelling but it wouldn’t work! Tried again today and still won’t work needs sorting please asap!

What device are you using? Have you tried on multiple devices?

I have tried on both my IPhone and IPad don’t get an error message just says can’t download when you go onto download pages
