Tv go won't change devices at all.

Hi, due to an unforeseen accidental pocket factory reset of my phone (Samsung S8+) I have had to reinstall most of my apps including both Sky Spirts and Virgin TV Go.

When I try and watch football on the Sky app it says I have reached my maximum number of devices. So I log into TV Go and try and remove my phone so I can reset the number of devices back to two. Unfortunately the TV Go app shows my phone and iPad but despite hitting the red Remove button nothing happens. TV Go app also says I can have 5 devices, I have only 2 devices connected but Sky app says I have reached my maximum.

Help please.......

Same issue ... virgin tech support can’t help ! Football on again tomorrow so please help me!!!!

Sorry to see you've been having issues when trying to remove a device on your TV Go account

 

Can you tell me if you've either tried to clear the cache on the browser you're using, or if you've been able to open the account via an alternative browser?
