Tv go 'upgrade'

I have been using sky spots mobile with my virgin log in. Tried to use virgin go today and it says upgrade to get channels despite me having the max package.  Spoke to customer support after 35 minutes waiting to be told somebody from technical would help me in 2 minutes. 45 further minutes and cut off. I left virgin previously because of poor customer service and I'm only 2 months in a new contract feeling like nothing has changed. Multiple devices, uninstalled and re installed and no change. Missed the fa cup whilst waiting on the phone.... useless

Thanks for posting and apologies for the TV Go issues.

 

Has this started working since posting? If not, is it only the BT Sport channels that are giving that error message?

Hi, 

No this hasn't started working. It is ALL channels. I can use sky sports on their mobile app with my virgin log in details. Just the virgin go app that doesn't work.
