Hi, 

Please could my 5 registered devices be reset please. I have 2 duplicates of one device and another device that is registered but doesn't allow me to watch anything, saying 'this device is not registered'. This is very frustrating when you rely on watching what I pay for, on the go.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your registered devices
I'd like to take a look into this for you, and see if we can rest them.

Normally you have to wait a specific amount of days, But I am pretty sure this can be sorted.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
