Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post, and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing some ongoing sound and picture issues! I can understand how frustrating this can be.

Can you please confirm if this is happening on your Live TV, or on the TV Go App?

If related to live TV, have you checked that all your cable connections are in properly? Have you checked if switching your HDMI cable will help?

If related to the App, have you deleted and re-installed the app? Have you checked that your device is up to date with its software?
