Whats happening with TV go app on s10? Error code 2033 carnt play at the moment.
Carnt remove or add devices. Been going on for the last few weeks!
Whats the fix virgin? Patience is wearing thin!

Are the app and device both up to date with the latest versions?
Does the problem happen with everything you try and watch, or is it specific channels/content?
Reset app, uninstall, tried everything. Does it on all channels I try to watch

Is this specifically only happening on your S10? Have you tried watching TV GO from another device or using the web browser version?
If you haven't checked yet, please give it a whirl for us and let me know if the problems occurring on other devices too and we;ll go from there.
Does not work on any devices even if I open in browser.
Will not let me remove devices either, as my phone is registered multiple times for some strange reason.
How very strange!
Can you please try resetting your My Virgin Media account password to see if that helps? This should just help refresh your account.

If you head over to your My Virgin Media account here and go to 'My Account' > 'My Profile'. You'll be able to change your password from there. 🙂
I've changed password on my virgin app and uninstall both apps and reinstalled.
