When trying to log into my tv go app it keeps saying I’m using sub account and can’t log in. I’ve tried changing password but still not working. I’m the only name on account and don’t have any sub accounts.

Can we please confirm if you're using the email address that's the primary on the Virgin Media account?
When you log in on a web browser and go to the settings or device management tab can you see the information on the primary/sub accounts?

Hi sorry for late reply it is coming up as primary account and giving me options to upgrade package etc
