Hi since Saturday I keep getting login error
please sign in with your user account. Sub accounts cannot sign in. !!!
I have tried this on a windows 10 laptop and iPhone
I have reinstalled the apps and changed password but still can’t get in.
My email address is an old ntl one which I have seen maybe the problem

I'm sorry you're having problems signing in to TV GO at the moment.
Our team are aware of this and are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.
Melissa - why are you saying that you're aware & working on this, while your colleagues are insisting on raising individual tickets?It's very confusing.
The issue that was raised for a number of customers experiencing issues logging in to TV GO is still not resolved, so I wouldn't be wanting to raise an individual ticket until that is fixed.
This is still an issue how long before this is resolved?

Can you please advise if you're using the same E-Mail address to log in, to the one you'd use to check through your bills on the account?
Can you also tell me what devices you've been running this on and what versions of the software you've been using?
